Lou Meng was born in Shandong, China in 1991. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Qufu Normal University in 2012. In 2016, he graduated from the “Art News”Zhou Shaohua new ink advanced study class. In 2018, he graduated from the advanced study class of “Chinese character ink painting”, a program of the National Arts Fund. In 2020, he graduated from the Fine Arts College of Hangzhou Normal University with a master’s degree. Currently teaching at the School of Fine Arts and design, Xinyang College.
